This Hypersthene is set in a cage wrap style frame with decorative dangly at the bottom.
The raw copper has been fully oxidized and not buffed out or shined.
The black coloring will not scratch with a simple fingernail, but using a steel pad will buff the darkness off and will brighten and shine the copper

Recommendation (if you decide to buff out the oxidation): Buff out and shine copper material with a jewelry polishing cloth.
