This black Kyanite has a whimsical frame style and looks like the bristles of a witches broom.
The raw copper has been oxidized and shined.
Raw copper will continue to oxidize or “antique” over time.

Recommendation: Buff out and shine copper material with a jewelry polishing cloth.
